A rare opportunity to acquire a complete, tested, and working original Imacon-branded Flextight 848 professional film scanner system — the earlier Imacon-branded version manufactured before the later Hasselblad-branded units, made in Denmark. This is a genuine high-end Flextight 848, not one of the lower-resolution Flextight models.

Important – Holder Condition Disclosure
The scanner itself is tested and fully functioning. However, several of the original Flextight film holders show significant age-related wear:
- Black plastic handle/pull sections on some holders are brittle and cracked
- Some holders have been reinforced with tape
- General cosmetic wear from professional use
The holders are presently usable, but continued durability of the brittle plastic sections cannot be guaranteed. Please handle carefully and assume some holder components may require future repair or replacement. This condition applies to the holders only — not the scanner.
Software & Compatibility Note
This is legacy professional scanning equipment. The buyer is responsible for confirming compatibility with their computer, operating system, FireWire/SCSI hardware, adapters, FlexColor software version, and drivers. Modern computers may require additional adapters or legacy OS configurations. No representation is made that included software media constitutes a current license.
