6) Legacy Photo Lab Mobile App

The Legacy Photo Lab App allows customers to interact with Legacy Photo Lab services from a mobile device. Depending on how you use the App, the App may use or display information associated with your Legacy Photo Lab account, film orders, scans, rewards membership, and notification preferences.

Email Sign-In and Account Access

The App uses email-based verification for account access. We use your email address to identify your account, send verification codes, and provide access to customer-specific App features.

Film Orders, Tracking, and Scans

If you have eligible Legacy Photo Lab orders, the App may display film order information, processing status, completed scan information, and related customer account data.

Some information shown in the App may originate from information you previously provided to Legacy Photo Lab when placing an order or using our Services.

Legacy Rewards

The App may display information associated with your Legacy Rewards membership, including your rewards balance and personal rewards QR code or identifier.

Push Notifications

If you enable notifications, the App may use Apple Push Notification services and Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications such as film or scan status updates.

A device-specific notification identifier may be associated with your Legacy Photo Lab account for this purpose. We use this information for App functionality and not for third-party advertising tracking.

Camera Access and Light Meter

The App includes a film photography light meter that may request access to your device camera. Camera access is used to measure scene exposure and assist with film camera settings.

The light meter camera feature is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

We do not sell App account information or push-notification identifiers to advertisers.
