Legacy Photo Lab App Support
The Legacy Photo Lab app helps customers stay connected to their film from drop-off through processing, scans, downloads, and rewards.

Signing In
Legacy Photo Lab uses passwordless email verification. Enter your email address in the app and follow the verification instructions sent to your inbox.
If you do not receive the verification email, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the same email address associated with your Legacy Photo Lab account or order.
Film Tracking
Customers with active Legacy Photo Lab film orders can use the app to follow the progress of their film as it moves through the lab.
If an order is not appearing, make sure you are signed in with the email address associated with your order. If you still need help, contact us and include your order number if available.
Scans
When scans are available for an eligible order, they can be accessed through the Legacy Photo Lab app.
If you believe your scans should be available but do not see them, contact us at info@legacy-photolab.com.
Downloading and Saving Your Scans
Digital scans are intended to remain available for download for at least 30 days after they are made available to you.
Please download and securely back up any photographs you wish to keep during this period.
Legacy Photo Lab may retain scans for longer than 30 days, but continued availability after the initial 30-day period is not guaranteed. Scans may eventually be permanently deleted and may not be recoverable.
Legacy Rewards
The app can display your Legacy Rewards balance and your personal rewards QR code.
Your rewards membership may be shared across participating Legacy Photo Lab locations. If your rewards information does not look correct, contact us for assistance.
Camera Permission
The app may request access to your camera for the built-in light meter. Camera access is used to measure scene exposure and help provide film photography settings.
Camera access can be changed at any time through your device settings.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Legacy Photo Lab may use them to provide important updates related to your film, scans, account, pickups, or other order-related activity.
Notification permissions can be changed at any time through your device settings.
Deleting Your Account
You can request account deletion directly inside the Legacy Photo Lab app from the account area.
Before deleting your account, download any scans you wish to keep.
